The EST program provides everything an athlete needs to elevate performance. Our methods have proven to work and we are constantly following new research to give every athlete the best training possible.
Our Youth Program/Camp is designed for kids ages 9-12. During these sessions, we incorporate multiple aspects of movement in a fun environment. Each activity aims to develop coordination, reaction, balance, strength, and agility. Our ultimate goal is to create a positive training environment that gets young kids excited to exercise, compete, and train in a gym setting that will hopefully carry them on later in life

We provide nutritional guidance to help athletes fuel their bodies to prepare for competition, gain lean muscle mass, and create healthy habits. We are not nutritionists. We cannot provide nutrition programs, but we can recommend foods that we have seen provide nutritional benefits.
The Strength program incorporates mobility, power, strength, and core movements. Each athlete receives an individualized program on movements they can perform. We prioritize safety and injury prevention when we coach strength movements and exercise selection is based on the athlete’s ability to perform fundamental movements perfectly.
Our Speed program is designed to get athletes to move in all directions. We work on running technique, linear and lateral movements, and explosiveness to improve speed. Improving speed is more than just sprinting and running. Proper technique, form, mobility, and strength are all necessary to get faster.
